Returns & Refunds Policy

At Miaan Aromas, we take pride in the quality and hygiene of our premium perfume oils. To maintain the highest standards for all our customers and keep our prices affordable, we have a strict No Return and No Refund policy.


1. Final Sale Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or personal scent preference.

  • Accidental orders.

  • Opened or used products.

2. Exceptions: Damaged or Incorrect Items

The only exception to our policy is if you receive a product that is damaged during transit or if the wrong item was sent to you.

Important Requirement: Unboxing Video > To claim a replacement for a damaged item, you must provide a continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed package to the discovery of the damage. This video is mandatory to verify the condition of the product upon arrival.

3. Replacement Process

If your item is damaged and you have the required unboxing video:

  1. Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your Order ID and attach the Unboxing Video.

  3. Once verified, we will ship a replacement of the same product at no additional cost to you.
