1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

• During peak seasons or promotional sales, processing may take an additional 1–2 days. You will receive a notification if there is a significant delay in your shipment.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery

Once your order is dispatched, the delivery time depends on your location. We use reliable ground-based couriers to ensure the safe transport of our perfume oils.

Please note: These are estimates. Factors like weather, transit delays, or remote locations may slightly impact delivery times.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been handed over to our courier partner. The tracking ID will typically become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.

5. Damages & Issues

Miaan Aromas takes great care in packaging our premium oils in secure, leak-proof containers. If you receive your order damaged, please:

1. Save all packaging materials and the damaged goods.

2. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with video of the damage so we can assist you with a replacement.
